Meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcrs Backen<\/h2>\n

Als ich damals als junge B\u00e4uerin auf den Bramlhof kam, hab’ ich dank meiner lieben Schwiegermutter die Leidenschaft f\u00fcrs Brotbacken entdeckt. Seitdem nimmt selbstgebackenes Brot einen ganz besonderen Platz in meinem Leben ein und ich bin dankbar, diese Leidenschaft mit so vielen von euch teilen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/div>\n

Film “Vom Korn zum Brot”<\/h2>\n
Im Zuge des Weltbrottags hat sich die Firma “P\u00f6ttinger Landtechnik<\/a>” damit besch\u00e4ftigt, wie viel Arbeit in einer Scheibe Brot steckt. Im Film \u201eVom Korn zum Brot\u201c wird der spannende Weg Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt gezeigt. Dabei werden die verschiedenen Phasen verfolgt \u2013 von der Aussaat, \u00fcber die Pflege der Pflanzen, bis hin zur Ernte. Beim Kapitel “Brot” komme dann auch ich pers\u00f6nlich ins Spiel: Aus dem geernteten Korn habe ich ein Vollkornmehl gemahlen und daraus ein ganz einfaches Brot gebacken.<\/div>\n

Das dazugeh\u00f6rige Brotrezept teile ich nat\u00fcrlich im Newsletter mit euch \u2013 inklusive einer ausf\u00fchrlichen Videoanleitung, denn selber Brotbacken ist – wie ja schon viele von euch wissen – gar keine Hexerei.<\/div>\n
